Field prep (lining the field, placement of portable mound, etc.) will be paid and additional $10 per field.

So that we can pay you in a timely manner, please click below to submit for payment.

Note: We must have a Form W-9 on file for you before we can issue you a check.

If you are paid more than $600 in a calendar year, we must issue you a Form 1099 for that year.

Checks will be mailed out on Monday of each week for any Payment Requests made by Friday at 5:00 pm the previous week.
